heART and Soul Summer Program

Join us this summer on an adventure in self-discovery.  Our goal is to heal, empower and nurture ourselves by deepening our connection to our hearts with inspirational art, movement and music.  By exploring what we can see visually, we are better able to understand what is going on at a deeper level and from there, evolve.  Let's use this safe and supportive atmosphere to discover where our inner compass guides us!  Begin within...
